The Sasol Italy Research and Technology center is located in Paderno Dugnano,
a few km north of Milan. There, in our modern laboratories, scientists and engineers provide support
to our global surfactants business.
Sasol Italy's R&D activities include the development of new products and processes in
our laboratories, pilot plant operations and commercial scale production. Our
R&D teams provide technical support to customers with specific application problems.
In fact, our entire product portfolio is supported by R&D.
Our R&D work also focuses on the environmental impacts of our products and their
applications. Many of these projects are coordinated with local, national and
international research institutions.
